General:

The apartment has been freshly renovated & furnished to a high standard. It is located in Friedrichstadt, a central district not far from the historic old town of Dresden. In our apartment you can expect a modern furnishing style with great attention to detail, so that you can feel comfortable right from the start, which is important to us. The small balcony invites you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day with a Nespresso coffee and get your day off to a perfect start.

Sleeping area:

The large queen bed (160m x 200m) is cozy and offers restful sleep. Free Netflix access ensures plenty of entertainment on the 50'' smart TV, even in bad weather.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, fridge, microwave incl. steam cooking function and small attentions offers everything you need for your stay. The small table with seating invites you to eat. A washing machine is also integrated in the kitchen.

Bathroom:

The newly renovated bathroom has a bathtub with shower enclosure, so you can freshen up as you please. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials.
